Skiing at Vail was something I've always dreamed of, and it lived up to the hype. The back bowls were incredible, with fresh powder and plenty of room to roam. It can get crowded near the base, but the mountain is so big you can always find space. Loved the après-ski options right in Vail Village.

We came for a summer hiking trip and fell in love with the wildflowers and scenery. Booth Falls Trail was a real highlight for us. The village had such a lively feel in the evenings, with live music and great food. Didn’t expect so much to do off the slopes!

Vail is definitely pricey, but worth it for the quality of skiing and village experience. The shuttle made getting around super easy. Only wish there were more affordable lunch spots right by the mountain.

Amazing place to take the family during winter! Our kids loved the snow tubing park and hot chocolate by Gore Creek. It does get crowded during holidays, so next time we’ll pick a quieter week. The mountain views are unforgettable.

Never thought a ski town could be so fun in the summer! Spent three days mountain biking and then relaxing at the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens. The mountain air was so refreshing. Could have stayed way longer.

I loved the European vibe of Vail Village with all the lights and cozy spots to grab a coffee. Skiing was fantastic but I did have a bit of trouble adjusting to the altitude at first. Be sure to take it easy your first day!

As a snowboarder, Vail was a playground—so many runs to choose from. The nightlife was lively with several local breweries worth checking out. Ran into some lift lines but nothing too crazy. I’ll be back for sure.

We celebrated our anniversary here and it could not have been more romantic. Sunset from the Eagle Bahn Gondola was gorgeous. Great restaurants for a special dinner, and the mountain town charm is just lovely. Highly recommend for couples.

Visited during the fall and really enjoyed the hiking trails and quiet atmosphere. Not as much going on as ski season, but perfect if you want peace and beautiful foliage. Some shops had limited hours, though.

The skiing was top notch but what surprised me was all the art galleries and boutique shops. Found some unique souvenirs. Eating out can get expensive, but we found some good happy hour deals in Lionshead.

Snowy lights, holiday markets, and non-stop skiing! Vail is the best winter vacation I’ve taken so far. Our hotel was right by the lifts—super convenient. The only challenge was parking, but otherwise, flawless trip.

I went for a solo hiking weekend and felt safe the whole time. Betty Ford Alpine Gardens were already starting to bloom and I loved relaxing by Gore Creek. Wish more shops were open late, but still a fantastic getaway.

Vail is beautiful, but honestly, a bit too developed for my taste. I prefer more rustic mountain towns. That said, the ski conditions were fantastic and it was easy to get lessons for my girlfriend who’s a beginner.

Attended a fall wedding at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater—absolutely stunning venue! The colors were changing and it was picture-perfect. Not every restaurant is open off-season, but we found enough cozy spots for dinner.
