Nashville had so much energy! Broadway at night was an absolute blast—live music in every bar. I absolutely loved the food scene too, especially the hot chicken, though next time I’ll go easy on the spice. The downtown area does get packed on weekends, but it added to the excitement.

I’ve been waiting years to see a show at the Grand Ole Opry and it didn’t disappoint. The city is a great mix of history and new creative vibes. We walked from the Gulch through to Midtown and were surprised by all the murals and coffee shops. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Had an awesome girls’ trip in Nashville, but it was sweltering hot in July! The nightlife is fantastic, and our Airbnb in East Nashville gave us a chance to explore quieter neighborhoods. Next time, I’d try to avoid the summer heat.

Even in winter, there was plenty to do, from the museums to catching some acoustic sets. I’m a big Johnny Cash fan, so touring the museum dedicated to him was a highlight. A lot of spots downtown charge cover on weekends, so be sure to have some cash.

We brought our two teens and they loved exploring Centennial Park and seeing the Parthenon replica—very unexpected in Tennessee! Nashville felt very friendly and safe to walk around. Only wish public transportation ran a bit later at night.

Nashville’s atmosphere is just electric. The live music around every corner completely blew me away. The BBQ was amazing and absolutely lived up to the hype. I recommend taking a backstage tour at the Ryman if you’re into music history, it’s fascinating.

We came for a bachelorette party and had a great time bar-hopping on Broadway and checking out shops in 12 South. It was really crowded at times, but everyone seemed to be in such a good mood. Be sure to pack comfortable shoes for all the walking.
