Nizwa was even better than I imagined! The fort is the main highlight—spent nearly two hours there just taking in the architecture and the view from the top. The souq was so lively, especially on Friday. We tasted fresh dates and bought a gorgeous silver bracelet.

Visiting during Friday market was worth braving the crowds—it's an experience you can’t find elsewhere! Outside the center, life is very peaceful. Don’t miss Jabreen Castle for its beautiful painted ceilings.
