Spent four days here on spring break and fell for the laid-back vibe. The old town is perfect for wandering, and we loved climbing Cetatuia Hill for sunset views. Central Park was so relaxing, but the public transport was a bit confusing at first.

We brought our kids and loved the Botanical Garden and the playgrounds in Central Park. There’s lots of green spaces for families, but finding places with kid-friendly menus took a little effort. Overall, it felt very safe and welcoming.

Stumbled upon the Colors of Cluj Festival—so much music and art! The food surprised me, especially some of the Hungarian-inspired dishes. Would have liked a few more English descriptions at museums, but the staff were helpful.
