Nelson's Dockyard was even cooler than I expected, with lots of old buildings and cool little shops. Our sunset hike to Shirley Heights was the highlight, and the live music made it super fun. Loved the local food, especially the saltfish. Only wish we had more time to explore some of the other beaches nearby.

Spent a week in English Harbour and couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot. The vibe is relaxed but there’s always something happening—yacht races, seafood nights, outdoor markets. Pigeon Beach was perfect for our young kids, and everyone was incredibly welcoming.

Great mix of history and beach time. The marina is busy and lively during sailing week, which was exciting but a little more crowded than I like. Shirley Heights on Sunday was packed but totally worth it for the views and food. Recommend renting a car if you want to see more of the island.

We loved our romantic getaway here! So many cute cafes and waterfront bars, plus we got to watch the sunset over the harbor every night. The walk to Fort Berkeley was scenic and peaceful. It is a bit on the pricey side but felt worth it for the laid-back luxury.

The highlight for me was all the yachting action. I'm no sailor, but watching the race crews prepare was fascinating. Locals were super friendly, and I had an amazing goat curry at a small spot right by the docks. Definitely worth the flight from Miami.

Quiet, pretty, and full of history. I enjoyed early morning swims at Galleon Beach before the tour groups arrived. Not a ton of nightlife except on Sundays, but that was fine with me. Bring good shoes for hiking the trails—some are rocky but the views are fantastic.

We took our parents here for their anniversary and everyone was happy. Clarence House was fascinating for history buffs, and the marina’s restaurants were great for seafood lovers. Everything is close together, which made getting around easy.

Gorgeous scenery and really chill atmosphere. We met people from all over the world during the yacht week and loved the music at Shirley Heights. The museum in the Dockyard is small but packed with cool naval artifacts. Can't wait to return!

The weather was great, and the harbors were beautiful, but it was a little more expensive than I thought for food and tours. Enjoyed snorkeling off Pigeon Beach and seeing some sea turtles. Next time, I'd probably visit just before or after peak season to save a bit.

I was here for Antigua Sailing Week and the energy was off the charts! Loved chatting with the locals about the history of the bay. Ate way too much seafood, but zero regrets. Make reservations ahead during events, everything fills up fast!

A bit hot during summer but so worth it for the peaceful beaches. The Fort Berkeley hike was my favorite part. Bring cash for small purchases as some places didn't accept cards.

Went solo and felt perfectly comfortable exploring on foot. Local bus to St. John’s was easy and cheap. The harbor lights at night are beautiful. Wish there were more nightlife options mid-week.
